We’ve just rolled out an updated version of Pitcher Impact for iOS. Here's what’s included:
Enhanced Sync Event Protection
A new configuration setting has been added to improve data integrity during synchronization. When enabled, this setting prevents users from manually removing synchronized events from the Sync Box.
This helps avoid accidental deletions and protects against data loss in scenarios where sync errors might occur due to Salesforce (SFDC) issues. By locking these events from manual removal, we ensure more reliable and accurate event management.
Time Format Alignment
We've aligned the time format for Full-Day Events between Windows and iOS platforms. This ensures consistent and accurate display of all-day events across devices, reducing discrepancies when switching between platforms.
Thank you for using the Impact app! If you have feedback or encounter any issues, feel free to contact our support team.
Easily sync folders and content from your existing Digital Asset Management systems like Aprimo or SharePoint.
This streamlines your content operations by enabling seamless, centralized content updates—without manual uploads.
Connect once, and manage your assets in one place.
Reps can quickly assemble Digital PitchDecks by selecting static slides from PowerPoint files or pages from PDFs.
These slides remain static, providing a simple and consistent way to create on-brand presentations.
Bring your data to life with the new charts component. Easily create bar, pie, line, and other chart types directly inside your PitchDeck—using either external data sources or manual inputs.
It’s simple, flexible, and designed to make complex information easy to understand.
The new Template Manager lets admins select which PitchDeck templates should be used for two core experiences: the rep landing page and the file-sharing flow. Landing page templates can include images, text, updates, and embedded dashboards—while sharing templates ensure a consistent, branded experience when content is shared externally.
Admins and reps can now lock PitchDecks and templates while they’re working on them—preventing others from making changes at the same time.
This avoids version conflicts and accidental overwrites, making collaboration smoother and more reliable.
Reps can now view additional key metadata fields for files directly in the Content Browser list view. This extra context helps them quickly identify and select the right content without needing to open each file.
To help reps find content faster, we’ve added search suggestions for metadata filters, file names and tags in the Content Browser.
This makes searching and filtering more intuitive, reducing the time needed to locate the right files.
Admins can now organize templates into folders, making it easier to manage large numbers of templates.
They can toggle between folder view and table view for flexible navigation and quicker access.
Here’s a look at what’s in the pipeline—new capabilities designed to give admins more control and reps even more flexibility in the field.
Upload PowerPoint files and turn them into editable digital slides for use in PitchDecks.
Add rich, interactive data tables powered by external data sources to bring real-time context into meetings.
Send important updates directly to reps’ mobile devices with the new Notifications Admin.

We are happy to announce the release of Samples 2.4, packed with new features, enhancements, and important fixes to improve your experience. Here's a detailed overview of what’s included:
The sample acknowledgment process has been enhanced to ensure that pharmaceutical samples requested by sales representatives are correctly received and confirmed by healthcare professionals. After delivery, the recipient must confirm receipt through an electronic signature. This update enhances traceability, ensures compliance with regulations, and improves record-keeping accuracy.
In addition to face-to-face (F2F) confirmations, we have now introduced a remote acknowledgment option to further streamline the sample confirmation process. After an in-person delivery, sales representatives can send a confirmation request via email, allowing the healthcare professional to complete the acknowledgment through a secure link. This new remote capability ensures the same level of compliance, traceability, and ease of use, even when in-person interactions are not possible.
A new feature allows users to skip configured limits for specific markets and products. Sales representatives can now provide a reason for bypassing these limits, ensuring improved flexibility in sample management. This applies to both sample drops and sample requests.
Users can now create a one-time license if the 'One-Time License' option is enabled in settings. This license allows a single valid sample drop for the customer. Once the sample has been delivered, the license status will automatically switch to 'Sampled,' preventing further sample drops or requests. If additional samples are required, an admin must manually review and update the license status back to 'Valid.'
A new blocking logic feature has been introduced in the Disclaimer metadata settings. Filters can now be applied to account or contact object criteria to restrict sample drops or requests if certain conditions are met. For example, sample drops can be blocked if the healthcare professional's type is not listed as 'Doctor.'
SFDC configuration example:
A new option has been added to the summary page that allows users to remove products directly if a mistake is made or if a product is no longer needed. This enhancement improves the user experience by eliminating the need to return to the action page to remove items.
Several minor issues reported by the support team have been resolved to enhance overall system stability and performance.
