We've released an updated version of Pitcher Impact for iOS with new features and fixes.

• DB reset postponement limits: Backend-triggered database resets can now be postponed a configurable number of times via hideDownloadLaterCounter. Once the limit is reached, the user must accept the reset.
• Custom SSO landing page: SSO login now defaults to the customer-specific SSO option after logout or session timeout, removing the need for manual selection.
• Multilingual native email URL: The nativeEmailURL setting now supports multiple language translations per instance, with fallback to the default language.
• Multilingual email text for content sharing: Content sharing emails now render text in multiple configured languages.
• Time Off Territory in Pitcher Calendar: Fixed an issue where Time Off Territory records created directly in the Salesforce calendar were not appearing in the Pitcher Calendar.
• DB reset counter fix: Fixed an issue where the postponement counter could be bypassed by reopening the app during download.

• Keyword visibility filtering: The User Keywords (Groups) section now correctly display only relevant groups to the admins.
• Instance redirect from email links: Clicking a failed file conversion link in an email now redirects the user to the correct instance and filters the file list to show failed conversions.

• Contact list view for quick visits: Users can now automatically switch to a contact list view when recording unplanned quick visits, showing contacts based on Salesforce territory assignments. Configurable via the listOnlyModeForQuickCalls setting.
• Multilingual native email URL: The nativeEmailURL setting now supports multiple language translations per instance, with fallback to the default language.
• DB reset postponement limits: Backend-triggered database resets can now be postponed a limited number of times before the user must accept, preventing indefinite postponement.
• User menu updates: Login/Logout and Instance Selection options relocated to the User tab. A new event handler enables programmatic redirection to instance selection from the UI layer.

Impact Live; screen sharing stability: Fixed a memory issue in the Live module that could cause the UI to become unresponsive during screen sharing sessions. Memory usage during live calls is now back to expected levels.

We are pleased to announce the release of Pitcher Impact iOS version 2.85.1253. This update includes stability improvements, fixes, and a performance enhancement for CRM data handling.

CRM database for postEvent queries: PostEvent queries now use the CRM database, improving performance and aligning with the optimized data architecture.

Hyperlink page navigation: Fixed an issue where opening a file via hyperlink (e.g., `pitcher://2006583/1`) would incorrectly open to page 2 instead of the specified page. Files now open to the correct page as expected.

Search in Sharing view: Fixed an issue where searching from the "Selected" tab in the Sharing view would display all content instead of filtering by selected items. The search now correctly shows "No results" when no files are selected.

• Search and favorites on Admin Users page: You can now search for instances by keyword and save favorite instances on the Admin Users report page.

• User selection across instances: Fixed an issue where selecting a user who exists in multiple instances could incorrectly show them as selected from a different instance.

• Database reset from the app: You can now reset your local data directly from Pitcher Impact UI. The app restarts automatically and syncs fresh data from the server.
• Calendar event tracking: When creating calls, the app now returns a reference ID that can be used for calendar and CRM integrations.

• Call resume dialog: Fixed an issue where multiple popups could appear when reopening the app during an active call.
• File handling: Improved reliability when opening files from outside of the app.
