• Admin users can now download multiple files at once. Both converted and original versions are available for the users to download for their records or testing. This feature is enabled on demand.

We have released a new version of the Pitcher Admin portal. It includes a fix where filtering the user logs didn't bring the correct results in all cases. Now, all the data is returned in the results.

To enhance our process efficiencies and align with various policy requirements globally, Pitcher will be discontinuing SMS verification as a method for multi-factor authentication (MFA) within Pitcher Admin, starting April 1, 2025.

All current users utilizing SMS verification for multi-factor authentication will be prompted to reset their authentication method. Users will need to update their authentication method to one of the alternative options listed below.

1. One-Time Password (OTP) through Authenticator Apps: applications such as Google Authenticator that provide Time-based One-Time Passwords (TOTP).
2. Security Keys: USB stick security keys for authenticating
3. Biometric Authentication: biometric methods such as fingerprint or facial recognition on the device used to access the portal.

We are excited to announce the release of Pitcher Admin 1.27! This latest update brings many new features and improvements to our product, making it even more efficient and user-friendly for your business needs.

Key Features:

One of the major updates in Pitcher Admin 1.27 is the File History section under the Distribution page. Now, all the updates to the file and its metadata including its permissions will be visible in this section. You will be able to find the timestamp and the user who committed the change.

If you select multiple files and choose Action > Distribution, then, you will be able to see the history for multiple files at once.
