  • Embed URLs: Users can easily add any URL to their canvas using the iframe component, enabling seamless integration of web content.
  • Optional Session Context: Users have the option to pass the session context securely along with the iframe, allowing for personalized and dynamic content to be displayed based on user sessions.



Enhanced Content Picker with Metadata Filters

We've upgraded the content and product picker functionality to help users quickly locate the exact content or products they need, improving efficiency and reducing the time spent navigating through extensive lists.


  • Metadata Filters for Products and Content: Users can now apply metadata filters specifically to products and content, allowing for more precise searches and selections.

  • Grouped Metadata: Metadata filters are organized into groups, making it easier to view and manage multiple filters at once.


Improved Search in Content Picker

We've enhanced the content picker search functionality. This improvement streamlines the search process, saving time and making it easier to find the desired content quickly.

  • Search Across All Files and Folders: Users can now search across all files and folders simultaneously, without needing to select a specific folder first.


Enhanced File Search Results Navigation

We've added a new navigation feature to file search results. This enhancement allows users to quickly navigate to the file's location, improving workflow efficiency and reducing the time spent searching for related files.

  • Access Folder from Search Results: When searching for a file, you can now directly access the folder containing that file by clicking on the folder name in the search results.




Annotations Management for Users

We’ve added new functionality for managing personal annotations on files. This improvement provides users with greater control over their annotations, ensuring important notes aren't lost accidentally while maintaining flexibility in managing content.

  • Clear All Annotations: Users can now quickly clear all annotations from a file in one action.


  • Prompt on Exit: When leaving a page without saving annotations, users are prompted to choose whether to keep or discard their changes.

Pitcher Impact iOS 2.85.959 is released

We are excited to introduce Impact iOS 2.85.959 with new enhancements and bug fixes.

Key Updates

  • Activated a new setting to provide additional details to the logs that are registered in the logging system to produce better troubleshooting opportunities when a problem is encountered. The users who would like to enable this should follow Settings > Pitcher > Enable Extended Crash Logs and turn it on. This way our support engineers can see more details in the logs coming from the user device. By default and when the users experience no problem, we advise keeping this setting OFF.
  • A new native function to provide the ability to change the Account data from the post-call form. If this is required, then the post-call form should be calling the function
  • Unified the way how GPS locations are stored in the local database

Pitcher Admin 1.27

Hello valued customers,

We are excited to announce the release of Pitcher Admin 1.27! This latest update brings many new features and improvements to our product, making it even more efficient and user-friendly for your business needs.

Key Features:

One of the major updates in Pitcher Admin 1.27 is the File History section under the Distribution page. Now, all the updates to the file and its metadata including its permissions will be visible in this section. You will be able to find the timestamp and the user who committed the change.

If you select multiple files and choose Action > Distribution, then, you will be able to see the history for multiple files at once.

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank our customers for their continuous support and valuable feedback. Your input has been instrumental in shaping this latest release, and we are committed to constantly improving our product to meet your needs.

Section List Title Displayed in Edit Mode

We've made an update to the Section component in the Canvas:

  • Title Display in Edit Mode: Section List Title will now be automatically displayed in Edit mode.

This enhancement ensures that users can easily identify and organize sections in the Canvas during the editing process, improving clarity and workflow efficiency.



File Sharing Controls and Visibility

Admins now have precise control over file sharing settings, ensuring secure content management. Users can easily see sharing permissions, enhancing clarity and compliance.

  • Upload Modal: Admins can now define sharing permissions directly in the upload modal, applicable to all files being uploaded.
  • File Details: Admins can edit sharing permissions for individual files in the file details section, allowing or disabling sharing as needed.
  • Details Drawer: Sharing permissions are now visible in the file's details drawer, providing quick access to this information.

  • Content Picker: When selecting content, users can easily identify whether a file is shareable, streamlining content selection and sharing processes.

  • Canvas Edit Mode: Users can now see if sharing is disabled, ensuring transparency during file management.



Folder Thumbnail Management Enhancements


  • Image Upload: Admins can now upload custom images to set as folder thumbnails.

This enhancement allows for greater customization and visual clarity in folder organization, enabling users to easily identify and manage their content with personalized folder thumbnails.



Column Visibility Toggle for Table Views

We’ve introduced a new feature allowing users to customize their table views for canvases:

  • Column Visibility Toggle: Users can now choose which columns to display or hide in their table view.

This enhancement provides users with greater control over their workspace, allowing them to tailor the table view to their preferences and focus on the most relevant information.



Recently Used Accounts

We’ve improved the meeting bar to better reflect user-specific recent activity:

  • User-Specific Recent Accounts: The meeting bar now displays accounts recently used by the user, rather than the CRM’s recent list.

This update personalizes the user experience by showcasing accounts relevant to individual activity, enhancing efficiency and streamlining the meeting preparation process.



Enhanced Org and Instance Settings Management

We’ve updated the settings management features to improve organization and access:

  • Global Settings Tab: A new "Global Settings" tab has been added to the ORG menu panel, consolidating org-wide settings in one place.
  • Org Settings: All org-level settings are now accessible under the “Global Settings” tab, ensuring streamlined management.

    Instance Settings Tabs: The “Instance Settings” tab now includes the following sub-tabs:


    • Core: For fundamental instance configurations.
    • Metadata: For managing instance metadata template settings.

We’ve streamlined the app update process for admins:

  • Bulk Update Button: Admins can now update all apps at once via a new button.
  • Confirmation Modal: A confirmation modal ensures intentional updates, preventing accidental changes.

This feature simplifies app management by eliminating the need to update apps individually, saving time and reducing administrative effort.



Enhanced FullScreen Mode for Shared Canvases


  • Automatic Browser FullScreen: When a user activates FullScreen mode in a shared canvas, the browser now automatically enters FullScreen mode as well.

This enhancement offers a more immersive viewing experience by maximizing screen space, making it easier to focus on the content without distractions.



Instance Name Displayed in Profile Modal

  • Instance Name Display: The instance name is now displayed below the user's name in the profile modal.

New Pitcher Impact is available!!

We're pleased to announce a new version of Pitcher Impact available in all stores.

Pitcher Impact iOS & IPadOS 

We are excited to introduce Impact iOS 2.85.955 with a significant enhancement to our custom deck lock functionality and some small bug fixes.


New Settings for Internet Connection Quality:

Introduced new settings to Pitcher Impact iOS related to quality of internet connection:

  • WiFi Only: A new option that allows Pitcher Impact to be used only when connected to a WiFi network. Mobile data (3G/4G) usage is disabled when this setting is enabled.
  • High Bandwidth Only: This setting adds an additional layer of timeout of 5 seconds for handshake which can potentially detect low bandwidth and timeout quicker. if connection is fast enough for handshake but too slow for full communication it potentially will increase timeout.
  • Use in Offline Mode: A new setting that forces Pitcher Impact to operate exclusively in offline mode, disabling all online features.

Fixes

  • Blank Contact Card Issue: Resolved an issue where the Pitcher Zero Contact card would occasionally appear blank under certain specific conditions.
  • Interapp Link Hyphen Issue: Fixed a bug related to the handling of hyphens within interapp links.
  • Dependent Filters Issue: Resolved an issue affecting dependent filters between Accounts and Contacts, ensuring proper filter application.
  • Enhanced PDF Support: An issue detected in version 944 that impacted PDFs containing embedded Hotspots has been resolved.

Pitcher IMPACT WINDOWS 

We're pleased to introduce Impact Windows 2.107.0 with new enhancements in this release that will enhance your use of it. We concentrated on improving essential features and giving you access to the most recent ones. This is what's new:

Several enhancements have been added to the Windows version of Pitcher Impact to ensure parity with the iOS app:

  • Deeplink Support: You can now open a Pitcher meeting directly from a link using a deeplink, providing a seamless transition between external content and the app.
  • Event Alignment: Improvements have been made to the alignment of various events, including StopDetailin, ensuring a consistent and polished user experience across platforms.
  • User Attribute Filter: A new feature has been introduced allowing the addition of a USER attribute filter within affiliation queries, enabling more granular control and filtering of user data.
  • Custom Decks PDF Restriction: A new parameter has been added that allows administrators to disable the option to save custom decks as PDFs, providing more control over content rules.


Pitcher Impact Android 

We're thrilled to announce a new version of Impact Android 2.25.2 with improvements and bug fixes to enhance your experience. In this release, we've focused on addressing user-reported issues and refining existing features.

Locked Slides Enhancement:

In this release, we've added a feature to our Android application, allowing administrators to lock slides within custom decks, ensuring compliance by automatically including these locked slides when representatives select custom decks.

You can now move locked slides as a group. Moving one locked slide will move all the locked slides in the group. A new icon has been introduced for easy identification of locked slides, consistent with the previous version for iOS and Windows.


API Level Support: To ensure a safe and secure user experience, we are adhering to Google Play's target API level requirements. Our target API level has been updated to meet the latest standards, ranging from last year’s API level up to 34 (Android 14).

Stability Improvements: We've addressed and fixed several crash reports identified in our logs to enhance the stability and reliability of the app for all users.

We are excited to introduce Impact iOS 2.85.930 with a significant enhancement to our custom deck lock functionality and some small bug fixes.


Locked Slides: You can now move locked slides as a group. Moving one locked slide will move all the locked slides in the group. A new icon has been added for easy identification of locked slides as part of that release.

Bug Fixes:
  • Fixed minor issues where background content download would stop under certain conditions.
  • Incorrect date time display inside Indonesian region was fixed in planning view.

Pitcher Impact Windows 

We're pleased to introduce Impact Windows 2.104.3 with new enhancements in this release that will enhance your use of it. We concentrated on improving essential features and giving you access to the most recent ones. This is what's new:

Bookmarks:

  • Introduced a new feature in bookmarks allowing users to rename bookmarks, offering an alternative to the default content name or slide title.
  • Added the ability to reorder bookmarks, providing representatives with improved organization and workflow efficiency with just drag and drop option.
  • Added the possibility to bookmark custom decks as well of existing centralised content.


Bug Fixes:

  • Addressed issue not allowing to attach files inside Coaching in Windows platforms.
  • Fixed the Share button functionality to enable proper document sharing.
  • Improved the logout SSO process to clear cache and forget the last login user, enhancing the user experience for administrators.
  • Corrected an issue where calls planned without consent were removed upon initiation instead of keeping the call blocked.
  • Resolved issues with specific Chinese translations to ensure accurate and consistent language support.

This new feature aims to streamline user interaction, reduce unnecessary clicks, and provide a more intuitive journey through our platform.

  2. Simplified Access for Single Actions: Customers with single actions will now benefit from a streamlined process that enables them to jump directly to the product selector screen.   1. Visual Product Identification: Users can now easily manage their inventory by visually identifying products within the product selector interface. This intuitive approach allows users to quickly locate and select the desired products with a simple click, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
  2. Streamlined Process Across Views: The enhanced product selector functionality is now applicable across various views, including Drops, Requests, and My Inventory views such as Transfer, Return, or Adjustments. This ensures a consistent and seamless experience for users across different workflows within the application.
  3. Priority-Based Order Mechanism: A new order mechanism has been implemented to prioritize products based on matching criteria for each sales representative. This enhancement ensures that priority products are prominently displayed at the top of the list, facilitating easy selection and efficient order processing.
  4. Enhanced Organization: To reduce the number of products and improve overall organization within the product selector interface, users can now hide product groups that are not currently relevant.
  5. Autofill Setting: We have introduced a new autofill setting that can be enabled to automatically mark the required products for addition. This feature further streamlines the inventory management process by reducing manual intervention and simplifying product selection.




License Validation

Introducing a robust license validation feature that ensures greater control over the sampling process. The new validation checks for mandatory licenses, marked by a new checkbox, prevent users from finalizing processes without the required documentation. 



Inventory Questions

Facilitate feedback collection by enabling simple questionnaires in Salesforce. Users can configure questions based on actions, such as Reconciliation, Sample Request, or Sample Drop. The variety of question types, including Yes/No, Free Text, Single Choice, Multiple Choice, or Rating, offers flexibility in tailoring the questionnaire to specific needs.




Inventory Groups

To enhance data organization between inventory orders and transactions, a new object has been created - Inventory Groups. Admins and users can now view all actions performed by representatives in a consolidated single view, providing a comprehensive overview of inventory-related activities.

PDF Templates

A new PDF template feature has been seamlessly integrated with Salesforce. This empowers users to generate comprehensive reports reflecting field activities, facilitating communication with customers and allowing for retrospective reviews from an administrative standpoint. All relevant information will be added, including disclaimers and signature.

New template is controlled via settings allowing to decide to enable or not or just send signature to Salesforce.


Manager Adjustments

Enhance tracking capabilities by introducing manager adjustments. This feature requires the addition of manager names and signatures, providing a more robust system for monitoring and verifying adjustments.

All Adjustments

A new configuration has been implemented, mandating users to fill in all inventory products, even if they share the same quantity. This update allows administrators to track both differences and unchanged products, providing a more comprehensive overview of adjustments.

Enable to Change Contact in Summary View

Users can now change the contact in the summary view, offering a quick correction option in case a sales rep mistakenly selects the wrong contact. This functionality is available only when the contact is possible to change, if due actual selection excepts the limits with the new contact will not possible to change.


Skip Acknowledgement and Skip Signature

Introducing flexibility in the acknowledgement or signature process. Admins can now configure which products require acknowledgment or signature and which ones can be skipped and automatically confirmed, even when acknowledgment load/transfer is enabled or signature is mandatory at country level.

Compliance Address

Address information is now automatically added to the picklist view and cannot be removed, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
