Smart Folders for Content Navigation

We’ve released a new version of Impact Windows on the Windows Store! This update introduces minor improvements:

• Full Screen Functionality: The full-screen button now correctly toggles both entering and exiting full-screen mode. Previously, it only worked for entering full screen.
• Mailto Protocol Fixes: Adjusted the mailto protocol syntax to ensure compatibility with both old and new Outlook versions, affecting Send Device Code and Pitcher Impact Live.
• Delta Sync Alignment with iOS: Improved delta sync behavior by aligning it with iOS, including the addition of the skipAddingAccountExtraToVisibility parameter.

We’re excited to announce the latest updates to our Consent Module, designed to streamline compliance management and enhance user flexibility. Below are the key enhancements included in this release:

Mandatory Consent Field

A new mandatory field has been introduced to Consent Topic. This field ensures that a specific consent must be captured if it has not been previously recorded for the selected contact. While other consents can be skipped, this field guarantees compliance by requiring selection.

Read-Only Consent Field

We have added a new "Read Only" field for consent entries. This feature prevents updates to specific consents by Sales Representatives. Consents marked as Read Only can only be updated by the customer directly through the Consent Portal, ensuring data integrity.

Bulk Consent Remote Lightning Wizard

We are introducing the Bulk Consent Remote Lightning Wizard for administrators. This tool allows admins to send multiple remote consent requests in bulk. The wizard helps ensure all compliance consents are captured for selected customers efficiently and effectively.

Update Multiple Consents Simultaneously

We have now added a better way to update multiple consents simultaneously. It is now possible to select multiple consents and update them all together, instead of going through each one individually as before.

Hidden Channel Visibility Option

A new "Hidden" option is now available in Channel Visibility settings. When enabled, the toggle option for a consent is hidden from the frontend interface. The default value for hidden consents is set to Opt-In, simplifying customer interactions.

• Extended Barcode and QR Code Support: Added support for new barcode and QR code types in addition to existing ones like DATA_MATRIX, UPC_E, UPC_A, EAN_8, EAN_13, CODE_128, CODE_39 and ITF.
• Text Box Visibility Issue: Fixed an issue where the keyboard covered the text box, preventing visibility while editing.
