New Enhancements Inside Pitcher Samples Are Available!
We are happy to announce the release of Samples 2.5, packed with new features, enhancements, and important fixes to improve your experience. Here's a detailed overview of what’s included:
Quick Navigation Between Content & Samples : Users can now seamlessly switch back and forth between Content and Sample Management without losing their place, making it faster to handle samples during or after a call.
Improved Product Quantity Selection : The product selection experience when adjusting sample quantities has been enhanced for a smoother and more intuitive interaction.
Improved Inventory Transaction Record Creation: The logic for creating Inventory Transaction records has been updated to improve accuracy and consistency in how sample activities are recorded.
Updated Inventory Product Logic: The way inventory products are evaluated and managed has been improved for greater accuracy and reliability in product tracking.
Quantity Limit Lock to Prevent Duplicate Deductions: A locking mechanism has been introduced to ensure that when two sample transactions are submitted at the same time, the inventory quantity is correctly reduced for both — preventing duplicate counting errors.
Real-Time Product Limit Summary Updates: Product Limit Summaries now refresh immediately after a sample transaction is created, giving representatives an accurate, up-to-date view of their remaining allocation.
Bug Fixes
Several minor issues reported by the support team have been resolved to enhance overall system stability and performance.
Reconciliation Issue After Acknowledgement: Resolved an issue where sample reconciliation was not processed correctly after an acknowledgement was completed.
Reconciliation Could Be Submitted Without Completing Survey: Fixed a validation gap that allowed users to submit a reconciliation without completing a required survey.
Product Limit Rule Submission Date Calculated Incorrectly: Corrected an issue with how submission dates were calculated for Product Limit Rules, which could result in incorrect limit checks.
