We've been super busy over the last few weeks, and we're excited to share our updates! 🎉

We've released Pitcher ZeroDrive v1.5.0 with Consistent Link Outdating feature⚡️.

The new feature supports the expiration of files in the ZeroDrive links while keeping the rest of the documents still available to download via Pitcher ZeroDrive is implemented

With this new feature, a new instance configuration is added to remove expired/deleted files from download packages that are accessible via ZeroDrive links, instead of expiring the entire package when one of the files from the package expires. When this configuration is enabled for an instance:

• Expired/deleted files will be removed from download packages that are accessible via ZeroDrive links.
• Slides of expired/deleted files will be removed from custom slide sets in the download package.
• Download link will stay the same and be valid as long as there are other files in the package that are not expired.
• If the only file in the shared package expires, then the link becomes obsolete.
• If the same file becomes available with new validity dates, it doesn’t get added back to the packages where it was withdrawn. 
  • Example:
    • If content A, B, C is shared and then if C expires, before “Consistent Link Outdating” the full link was automatically expired.
    • With the “Consistent Link Outdating” feature, the link will still be valid, but it will include only A and B.

New Pitcher Impact iOS 2.85.118 is available on the App Store!

• Microsoft Dynamics CRM Synchronization feature is released. 

Now, users can

• log in to Dynamics via Impact
• synchronize accounts, contacts, and custom objects
• plan new events
• display the planned events and execute them.

Here are some screens of the new functionality:

• Users can now select the Quick Planning start time to identify whether the call is scheduled to the default time or not.
• Contacts are sorted in alphabetical order without considering Accounts affiliation.

• Translations for route optimization are updated.
• Instead of the current date/time, the scheduled date/time is being displayed for planned events on the detailed planning screen.
• Chapter names on Custom Decks are fixed.
• The Back button for interactive can be turned off.
