Customized Disclaimer Messages 

Say goodbye to hardcoded disclaimer messages within samples; you can now configure disclaimer messages according to the settings on SFDC to be visualized within the user interface.

Several disclaimer messages can be generated for each market, ensuring that your clients and salespeople follow compliance rules.

Two kinds of disclaimers are at your disposal:

• A general disclaimer that's visible in the summary overview.

• Product-specific disclaimers that appear based on the chosen product, notifying sales representatives about vital information.

Paper Form Scanning

Introducing the capability to specify requisite paper form submissions in accordance with specific market regulations, in addition to digital signatures. 

With this recent feature, administrator users gain the ability to determine whether scanning is universally obligatory for all product types or selectively for particular products within SFDC configurations.

All associated documents will be conveniently accessible within Files linked to the respective Order or Transaction in Salesforce.

Inventory History Filters View

Inside My Inventory, a new Inventory History view has been added to assist searching and filtering existing transactions and orders for better tracking.

New Configurability settings

New settings have been added to Inventory Market metadata object to allow a better control of the solution between the markets.

• Disable Drop Outside Engagement: it is not possible to perform a drop if the user is not in a meeting
• Disable Request Outside Engagement:  it is not possible to perform a drop if the user is not in a meeting

• Sample Inventory Type: Define which inventory types are available for each market for samples.
• Material Inventory Type: Define which inventory types are available for each market for samples.
• Returns Reasons: Define which reasons are available to select on each market, allowing different values for market.

Small Enhancement and bug fixes

• To show how many goods have already been requested or dropped for the account and customer selection, a new column labeled YTD has been added inside the Product Selection View.
• Added pop-up warning to skip scan codes when they are not required.
• In that version, issues with back navigation have been fixed.

Improved Search Functionality and Compatibility

Expanded search capabilities in the UI to include accounts/contacts based on visible table columns, regardless of value config field type. Added support for extra fields and integrated the same with our advanced search algorithm.

Enhanced P0 Card Display and Functionality on Windows UWP

Implemented the showPZeroOverlay and resizePZeroOverlay events in Standard UI Windows. Utilized both events for displaying P0 cards. Removed win-only conditions from native.ts file, enabling window resizing functionality on Windows and sidebar expand/collapse.

Right-to-Left Language Support on Android

Now, Pitcher for Android offers a seamless user experience for right-to-left languages. This enhancement allows users in Arabic or Hebrew-speaking countries to enjoy a fully localized interface. Accurate Thumbnails for Custom Decks

When creating a custom deck in the Standard UI, the thumbnail will accurately represent the first slide/page, even if it doesn't start with a slide from the original file's beginning.

Introducing Filters for Customers Page

You can now apply filters to the Customers page based on the filters you have on the map view or scheduler. You can also clear existing search queries using a single click.

Dashboard Layout Reflects SFDC

Bug Fixes:

• Resolved the issue preventing users from deleting custom decks in the "My Decks" section, where the decks were not being removed despite confirmation.
• Fixed intermittent issue on the Pitcher iPad app where users experienced incomplete display and inability to scroll through planned and submitted calls on the home page.
• Resolved the issue where sticky table headers were not disabled on iOS 16.4 and higher versions on legacy Webview.
• Addressed issue in Standard UI where users inadvertently sent the same events twice, resulting in duplicate schedule pop-ups and post-call forms. The bug fix ensures that users cannot double-click on buttons, preventing the occurrence of duplicate actions.
• Resolved issue in Standard UI where file counters did not accurately reflect filtered-out files, providing an enhanced and accurate representation of the file count. Additionally, addressed the non-reactive behaviour of the filtering mechanism, ensuring a responsive and dynamic user experience.
• Resolved issue with P0 card loading and "Reopen Details" button in the Customers tab.
• Fixed an issue where translations were not working correctly for Android.
• Addressed an alignment issue identified in the Customers (HCP) column, and we have successfully aligned the new column titles on the top line. This improvement ensures a visually consistent and streamlined experience.
• Resolved an issue reported on the iPhone where the Filter button was not properly centred on the Customers page.
• The issue with the "Open Detail" button on the My Decks page has been resolved, and it now functions correctly, displaying the additional information of the file when tapped.
• The issue with the alignment of the Filter dropdown, when filtered by Favorite on the Documents page in the Standard UI for iPhone, has been resolved.
• Fixed table header alignment issues on the customers' page.
• We've resolved a bug where engagement plans with the "In Progress" status were not listed as expected.
• We've resolved two bugs affecting Android users. Firstly, the issue with presentation file sharing has been fixed, and now the share icon is visible as expected. Secondly, the category filter on the Documents page now functions properly, showing filtered documents as intended.

We are excited to introduce an enhancement that improves the visibility of pins on the map when contact filters are applied. Similar to the Account filter, pins on the map will intelligently hide or show based on the filtered contacts. Read-Only Configuration for Quick Planning View

We are thrilled to introduce a read-only configuration for the Quick Planning view. With this enhancement, users can now access a map view in read-only mode, allowing them to interact with accounts, contacts, and filters without the ability to schedule calls. The read-only view can be triggered using the showPlanningViewInReadMode TI event and provides a convenient way to browse and explore data on the map, offering a more flexible and controlled user experience. • We addressed the issue where the app crashed when users attempted to create a new contact in the Scheduler. This bug fix ensures a seamless experience when starting a visit and selecting "Create New Contact."
• We have resolved an issue where search fields in the app were not handling Japanese single-byte and double-byte characters consistently. This bug fix ensures that searches using both types of characters produce accurate and expected results, improving the overall search experience.

We have enhanced sync error messages to provide more user-friendly and human-readable messages instead of displaying direct error messages from Salesforce. This update aims to improve the user experience and facilitate a better understanding of sync issues.

Bug Fixes:

• A bug causing the application not to display an alert or log errors when encountering invalid JSON in the extraField column has been fixed. Now, the app now matches the expected behaviour of displaying an alert to the user and logging the error message to the database, similar to the iOS behaviour.
• Fixed an issue where some incorrect character mappings were causing the Greek language search to fail. The search boxes should now work as expected with Greek language characters.
• Fixed an issue where the Pitcher error logs were not populated with adequate information.

• Resolved layout issues in the custom decks. Previously, there were problems when arranging a horizontal presentation slide as the first slide, followed by a vertical PDF page. These issues have been fixed, ensuring proper layout and alignment in the custom decks PDF.
• Fixed issues related to updating last visits for contacts and person accounts. The previous logic for updating this information was not functioning correctly. The problem has been resolved, and now the last visit information is accurately updated for contacts and person accounts.
• Multiple small issues within the filters functionality have been addressed in this release. These improvements enhance the performance and usability of the filters feature, providing a smoother and more efficient user experience.

NEW We’re pleased to announce that the following features and enhancements are now available with the new Sample version 2.1.

Value Sample limits

New type value sample limits has been added in addition of existing quantity limit. This new type allow customers to setup limit based on value to not exceep certain amount of value.

That limit is applied to only Promotional Material products and will be added to Samples in future versions.

Product Group Limits

New version allow to create product groups with multiple products and enable to define a group-level quantity or value limit to ensure samples and materials requested or dropped satisfy compliance regulations.

Scan Bar & QR codes

Now is possible to scan code inside samples drop in order to provide to administrator exact serial number that has been dropped to a customer. 

The new feature enable to scan code based on number of quantities included in each product and send this information to sfdc inside Serial Number field from Inventory Transaction Item object.

Save as Draft

Users can now create samples and materials in advance of interactions with customers so that they can save them before and finishing them during in-person meetings.
