Enhanced Sync Event Protection

A new configuration setting has been added to improve data integrity during synchronization. When enabled, this setting prevents users from manually removing synchronized events from the Sync Box.
This helps avoid accidental deletions and protects against data loss in scenarios where sync errors might occur due to Salesforce (SFDC) issues. By locking these events from manual removal, we ensure more reliable and accurate event management.

Time Format Alignment

We've aligned the time format for Full-Day Events between Windows and iOS platforms. This ensures consistent and accurate display of all-day events across devices, reducing discrepancies when switching between platforms.

We’ve just rolled out an updated version of Pitcher Impact for iOS. Here's what’s included:

• We’ve updated the app to use the latest iOS 18 SDK. While the previous version already worked well on iOS 18, this upgrade ensures better long-term compatibility and performance.
• When closing and reopening the app during an ongoing visit, users will now consistently see the prompt to resume their session. This ensures smoother transitions and helps the users pick up exactly where they left off, as usual.

Pitcher Impact iOS & IPadOS 

The latest version of Impact iOS 2.85.1192  is now available on the App Store! This update includes minor translation bug fix.

Please note that this version requires iOS 17 or later. If you're using iOS 16, you can continue using the previous version, but you will not be able to upgrade until you update your device to iOS 17.

Pitcher Impact Windows 

The new Impact Windows 2.123.0.0 is on Windows Store, this update includes minor bug fixes, addressing issues reported through customer support tickets to enhance stability and usability.

A new version of Impact Android 3.38.9 is ready with improvements and bug fixes to enhance your experience:

• Performance & Stability Enhancements – We've made improvements under the hood to ensure a smoother and more reliable experience.
• Bug Fix: Resolved an issue where files assigned to multiple categories were not appearing correctly in the Pillars UI.

• Extended Barcode and QR Code Support: Added support for new barcode and QR code types in addition to existing ones like DATA_MATRIX, UPC_E, UPC_A, EAN_8, EAN_13, CODE_128, CODE_39 and ITF.
• Text Box Visibility Issue: Fixed an issue where the keyboard covered the text box, preventing visibility while editing.
