NEW We’re pleased to announce that the following features and enhancements are now available with the new Consent 1.67 version.

Consent Topic Lines

Two new objects, Consent Topic Lines & Consent Management, have been introduced in this release to support the changes announced as part of the Consent 2.1 Frontend release in February.

This new release will enable the development of bespoke Consent subtopics to establish dynamic extra channels or groups of areas of interest inside each Consent subject.

Pitcher Consent Management Settings

The following new settings are now available to support the frontend configuration:

• Disable Account Selection: Disable the collection of consent for Business Accounts.
• Disable Consent outside engagement: Disable F2F consent submissions outside a call.

Dynamic Custom Fields Setting

Users can use the custom metadata option in the upcoming frontend form to dynamically enable and read custom fields for each Consent.
We will release more information about this option as part of the upcoming Consent 2.1 Frontend release.

Topic Email Text

A new field, Topic Email Text, has been introduced inside the Consent Topic object to customize Email notifications dynamically inside each Consent Topic.

Note: These changes are disabled by default; if you want to enable them, please contact your Pitcher representative.

BUG FIXES 

A fix has been implemented inside the logic of remote consent to prevent problems updating an existing Consent when remote Consent is obtained for the same account but a different contact.
This issue does not affect customers using Person Accounts and only affects customers with standard account & contacts logic.

Hello there! 

A new Impact version has been released with a minor improvement inside synchronization logic when SFDC session is expired.

The ability to synch expired items and prevent them from remaining in the synch box has been improved with this new version.

Disable Calendar integration

A new parameter has been introduced inside Pitcher settings to disable existing Calendar integration with iCal for customers where iCal is not approved and it is not possible to use it.

With that setting on, all SFDC events are stored locally and are not included in iCal.

In addition to that change, all calendar settings have been reorganized inside the same section, Calendar Settings. 

BUG FIXING 

• This version include a fix inside the scenario where a call is planned and submitted inside Pitcher and deleted in SFDC by Admin. Now this scenario is covered and the call is removed after delta synchronization as expected.
• Wrong time format in Detailed Planning section for some timezones has been fixed preventing to use seconds format. Now the format is always hh:mm as expected instead of hh:mm:ss

 This report provides a comprehensive view of hotspots in your instances. The Hotspot Report is easy to use and accessible through reporting.pitcher.com. 

It can be exported as a CSV file for further analysis.

IMPROveMENTS 

Submit for Later

The "submit for later" functionality has been improved, as requested by many users, to support unplanned interactions in addition to existing planned interactions.

Now users can create an unplanned pitch with a customer, show all the relevant content, and then mark the interaction as "submit for later" in order to be completed when the user has the time to complete post interaction details like discussion topics, next steps, notes...

Steps are exactly the same as a planned call as you can see below

Please contact with your Pitcher representative in order to activate that functionality in your instance via configuration setting.

Submitted calls synchronization improvements

Small improvements have been added in order to enhance the synchronization of submitted calls and changes done by Admin in Salesforce.

SDK SUPPORT 

New Native SDK Events have been added to assist partners and developers in meeting new customer requirements.

• Ti.App.fireEvent('getKeyboardInfo'): This event returns the information regarding soft keyboard - its frame size and whether it is opened or not.

Config parameters

• supportUnplannedSubmitLater: new parameter has been introduced in order to support submit later unplanned interactions.

Pitcher Conversion Engine that converts all your documents to smart, tracible, and interactive format now supports Spreadsheets and charts!

You can go to admin.pitcher.com and upload your Excel (.xls, .xlsx) documents as you do with any other file format. They will be available in Pitcher Impact application, preserving the interactivity that you have in the dynamic charts. Static charts are supported, too.

Hello there! A new Impact version has been released with some minor improvements and bugs fixes.

IMPROVEMENTS 

Content tagged as "Internal Only" is now visible if the call is a training call. Previously it was hidden in all cases.

Calendar Enhancements

• Calendar version 3 has been establish as default one and version 1 and 2 has been decommissioned.
• Working hours screen has been improved in order to use full screen area and increase slot range for a better visualization.

SDK SUPPORT 

Config parameters

• defaultPinColor: new parameter has been introduced inside pincolors setting to define the default color. This parameter was introduced already in iOS version inside release 2.85.200.
• useCustomActivities: alignment with iOS version has been done in order to support that setting in Windows too. Now is possible to see Open Activities and Activity History items with custom fields.

BUG FIXES 

• PDF content is now always fully displayed because the overlay PDF menu has been fixed to be by default closed when a pdf is opened.
• Fix the default behavior of the detailed planning date pickers resetting the date when the same date is selected again.
• Planning Contact Filter fix for customers not using affiliations.
• Minor UI alignment fixes inside standard Favorites and Send Documents interface to avoid crop visualization inside some UIs.
• Minor navigation screen fixes.

Hello there! A new Impact version has been released with some minor improvements and bugs fixes.

IMPROVEMENTS 

The process for recreating submitted calls from Pitcher Calendar without contacts has been improved. The flow has been changed to no longer seek contacts and to allow the user to choose in the future.

SDK Support 

Config parameters

moveUnplannedToStart: Allows you to move an Unplanned action from its current location to a new location, as shown in the screenshot. Setting by default off.

New Native SDK Event have been added to assist partners and developers in meeting new customer requirements.

• Ti.App.fireEvent('submitPostcallForm')

A new event has been implemented to support autosubmit calls without launching postcall form after Stop action.

BUG FIXES 

• SFDC Submitted Events deleted in SFDC by Admin/User are now deleted in iCal too to ensure SFDC Calendar and iCal Calendar are aligned.
• Schedule next interaction inside postcall form is now reading config parameter of default duration.
• PDF Library has been upgraded to the last version to fix some animation issues.

Submit a saved call from Pitcher Calendar

In addition to the current capabilities from Start Call or iCal, it is now possible to submit a saved call from Pitcher calendar. This allows our users to jump directly to PostCall and complete pending calls.

In order to have that functionality, please ensure the "Submit for later" option is activated inside your organization.

• minimumEventDuration: the minimum Event duration for the End Time field can now be specified.
