Detailed Planning on iPhones

In keeping with our iPhone platform enhancements, we are pleased to announce that Detailed Planning is now available to our iPhone users.

Users may now simply plan calls on their iPhones without having to use a tablet or online CRM. Users can reschedule calls whenever they wish, increasing productivity and improving the user experience.

As mentioned in our previous release, portrait and landscape modes are supported.

Search for one character supported in Planning / Map views

A new functionality has been implemented to allow users to search for accounts or contacts using only one character.

If you would like to activate this feature, please contact your Pitcher representative.

Hebrew Language

Our list of supported languages has been expanded to include Hebrew. 

If you would like to activate the new language on your Pitcher configuration, please contact your Pitcher representative.

NEW Pitcher Impact Windows v1.57.0.756 is available in the Windows Store with new features, bug fixes, and performance improvements.

Additional information is now available in Map pins

Impact Windows now has more information coming up inside the pins, similar to the iOS version, providing a consistent user experience across both the devices.

The new information allows the following steps to be taken:

Quick Planning: Users can choose accounts from the map view, check details to jump to the Zero card, or add accounts for quick planning using the (+) button.

Unplanned: Users can select an account from the map view, check confirmation to jump to the Zero card, and click the (+) button to jump to contact details.

Webinar Call Attendees are now visible inside Agenda mode

When a webinar is finished and delivered to a CRM system like SFDC, all of the participants should be visible in the agenda mode, making it easier to see which participant attended the webinar.

Users do not need to access the information online.

Offline mode alert inside Instance selection 

A new alert message has been enabled to alert users when the application is offline.

Performance Navigation Enhancements

Content / interactive navigation approach is improved for better performance outcomes as part of the new version, especially for content that is utilized several times.

FIX 

Synch Map Pins bug fixes

When synch map is enabled, the following scenarios have been corrected to ensure pin visualizations perform as expected.

Selected accounts are always visible:

The map pins that can be shown on the user-selected area of the map are defined by each customer via setting pinLimitValue. On the map, if a user selects an account before the sync map is turned on, the selected account pins will always be shown even if the limit is exceeded.

If the limit is not altered depending on client requirements, the default limit is 500.

Clean City Filter:

The selected account's city was staying as a filter, which was causing only the pins from the same city to be visible. The issue has now been resolved, and the city filter has been removed from account selection. Only if the user chooses a city from the city tab now does the city filter become active.

NEW Pitcher Zero 1.76 new version is released with minor changes.

The Pitcher Sent Messages object now has new fields to help identify the status and date of approved messages sent by end users via various channels.

New fields include:

• Read Date: a new date/time field to track when customers have read the approved message.
• Failed Date: a new date/time field to indicate when an approved message was unsuccessful and could not be delivered to customers.
• Last Status: a formula field that identifies and assists admins in determining the most recent status based on the dates available in Sent Message.

ZeroDrive 1.6.0 is now released and comes with an exciting new feature. 

NEW Enabling Hotspots on downloaded files

Hotspots defined in Pitcher Admin, currently used only during Pitcher Impact and Connect presentations, will be supported in downloaded files shared by email by the Field Force. This will enable the Customers - and any User who downloads the files - to perform the following:

• Jump to specific slides/pages within the downloaded PDF.
• Download related slide decks or PDFs, linked with a Pitcher Admin maintained Hotspot from the original file downloaded. 
• Navigate to related websites linked with a Pitcher Admin maintained Hotspot from the original downloaded document.

This new capability will be available for Presentations, Custom Decks and PDFs. Please note to enable it, a setting should adjusted at Instance level.

Also, this feature is not available when a user adds annotations to their document in Impact and selects “include annotations in the sent document” option.

Portrait Planning View on iPhones

We are happy to announce that portrait functionality has been enabled in the Planning and Unplanned views to improve the user experience for iPhone users.

Users no longer have to rotate their iPhones to see the list of Accounts & Contacts to plan the calls or apply filters.

Map view is also available just rotating the iPhone to see location pins of the accounts.

Next Appointment option in Save for later mode

Because next appointment functionality was not available in Save for later mode, a change was made to allow users to schedule next interactions with customers even while the call was still in draft mode.

Disable Warning message scheduling visits outside of working hours

A new instance setting has been enabled that allows users to disable standard warning messages when making calls outside of normal business hours. Customers can now choose to turn on the following instance setting: skipEventsOverflowingPopup

SDK SUPPORT 

New Native SDK Events have been added to assist partners and developers in meeting new customer requirements.

• Ti.App.fireEvent('arrangeQuickPlanningAccount')

Displays a message dialogue for the selected account in the quick planning page and determines whether the account should be deselected based on customer requirements such as Consent not given to initiate an interaction.

• Ti.App.fireEvent('logout')

Forcing CRM to logout ensures that the user's most recent configurations are reloaded upon a new, fresh login.

• Ti.App.fireEvent('getFirstDayOfWeek')

Retrieves the week's first day (in written format, e.g. Monday), as configured in the app.

Native Stats Events

The following new stats events have been added to enable the review of potential SSO login issues for your users:

• login_with_SSO_button_is_clicked : When the sso button is enabled by the user. 
• SSO_navigation_succeed : When the sso page is opened following a click. The user  can specify the time interval between clicking and displaying the page. Additionally, the user can see what he/she opens, such as a salesforce sandbox or an idp url. 
• SSO_navigation_failed : unable to login via SSO. 

Config parameters

• skipExtraContactVisibility : Added a new parameter that disables the use of account visibility in contact queries and retrieves contacts without regard for account visibility. By default, this parameter is false. 

fix 

• Improvements inside delta CRM Synch and configuration push. Users do not need to restart Pitcher in order to apply new configurations. 
• Discussion items order fix - The order of discussion items has been fixed for linked content captured during a call. Discussion items are now sorted according to the content presentation order.
• Fix to show Activities Related List inside Contact card

Pitcher Admin v1.13.0 is now released, and it includes some fixes and an adjustment on the filter's user experience.

CHANGEFilter default predicate

• Now, "Contains" is the default filter predicate in file search; before it was "Is equal to", which required to enter an exact match in order to retrieve results.

FIX 

Fix has been applied to avoid delta sync log warnings inside related account/contact objects introduced in version 1.66. Impact Windows users were the only ones who were affected by the problem.

1 Search Engine Improvements

Now users can use our new improved search engine to help to find the right customers inside Pitcher. The following search capacities are allowed now:

• Search case insensitive for non-latin alphabet characters like Turkish -> Example: Search for by “orcun” to identify “Orçun"
• Search case insensitive for Diacritic characters -> Example: Search for by “ole” to identify “Öle”.
• Support wild card search without user input -> Example: Search for by “rob will” to identify “Robert Williams"
• Support search for non-ordered strings -> Example: Search “Williams  Robert” to identify  “Robert Williams”

These new enhancements have been introduced across all Pitcher Super App allowing the users to do the improved search anywhere like Detailed Planning, Quick Planning, Home UI, Interactives... by default.

Advanced Search configuration

In addition to the features above, a new Advanced Search configuration can be enabled inside your instance to define a CRM field that extends the search to additional fields like address, type, title, function, segmentation... or any field available inside your Account or Contact CRM fields.

Upon search, and if the user selects the customer, it will be presented with a hover information which includes the details captured in the selected Advanced Search field.

2 Show overlay menu by default when opening a file

A new setting has been added to allow to have the overlay menu per default displayed when opening content. Default is off in all the instances so contact your Pitcher SPOC to activate it

3 Acknowledgment message for multiple contacts selection

When the selection of multiple contacts from different accounts, the acknowledgment message is displayed within Unplanned Interaction and Quick Planning.

4 Enabling Full-Screen Mode for embedded videos

For embedded videos on presentations, we now have the ability to make the video full-screen and return back to its initial size through click on the “Back” button

5 Send an approved email (RTE) without selecting any content in Pitcher Impact

Sales rep shall be able to send the approved email (RTE) via Pitcher Connect without selecting any content upfront

6 All Contacts Navigation function inside Map view

A new function All Contacts has been introduced in the Map view to help users to reset and search easily their contacts in case of initial Account selection.

SDK Support 

• Close the call without prompting Postcall form: support Event to enable to cancel a call without launching the Postcall form
• extraContactQuery configuration setting has been introduced with AccountVisibility support inside Windows
• AccountVisibility configuration setting has been added to ContactVisibilityOnlyQuery inside Windows
