IMPROVEMENTS 

WebView component improvements

Several updates have been made to our native webview components in that version to improve performance and prevent application crashes.

The new webview setting is by default off in that version and can be activated at instance level or at user level inside Pitcher settings.

Please contact your Pitcher representative in order to activate the setting to your users.

Greek language Search

With the introduction of diacritic enhancements, users can now easily search for data in CRM information that includes characters like ά έ ή ΐ ϊ ί ό ώ ϋ, including the capital versions of these characters.

We're excited to announce the release of Pitcher Impact iOS 2.85.566, featuring minor enhancements and bug fixes to improve your calendar and event integration experience.

IMPROVEMENTS 

Config parameters

• editCallTitle: Customize or disable the editing of call titles in Detailed Planning mode with this new parameter. The default value is set to true.
• clearDuplicateEventsFromCalendar: Safeguard against duplicate events by enabling this parameter to remove them after a local database drop. The default value is set to false.

bug fixes  

1. Advanced Search: We've resolved the issue of incorrect results in case-sensitive searches for non-latin languages.

2. SDK Update: A minor bug fix ensures proper UI loading in certain conditions.

3. Delta Synchronization: Fix applied to the Affiliations object to prevent duplicate entries in specific situations.

4. Custom Deck Sharing: Now, sharing custom decks is only permitted when all slides are included, and the "Allow Emailing Custom Decks" checkbox in Pitcher Admin is set to true.

IMPROVEMENTS 

Synchronization

The synchronization of affiliations has been enhanced and optimized for customers with numerous affiliations in order to decrease sync time.

Config parameters

• editCallTitle: a new parameter has been introduced to support edit or disable the edition of the call title inside Detailed Planning mode.
• allowMultipleAccounts: Indicates whether multi contact selection from multiple Accounts in the contact selection screen is allowed or not.

bug fixing 

• This version fixes a presentation flick that was being caused by the content navigation between slides.
• A fix has been made to stop the overlay menu bar from showing up in presentation mode if the user enters and exits the content twice.

IMPROVEMENT 

New configuration parameter: 

• keepCalendarID: new parameter available to ensure external calendar id in Salesforce events is kept for multi device sync scenarios. 

BUG FIXING 

• Events order display inside Detailed Planning has been fixed using local database calendar setting. Now all the events have the correct order if were generated from iCal or via internal calendar database.
• Missing realized calls generated via iCal integration has been fixed if user has activated no iCal integration. Before that calls were skipped if no ical was activated

• addContactExtraQueryToSubQuery: ensures that contactExtraQuery is added to contact where accounts are updated in delta synchronization.
• skipAddingAccountExtraToVisibility: skip adding accountExtra query inside visibility query for delta synchronization.
• preselectAccount: Select the Use Account option automatically when creating an unplanned call.
• addAccountHeadertoContactSubtitle: enable to account address as part of the Contact subtitle view.

New Native SDK Events have been added to assist partners and developers in meeting new customer requirements.

• Ti.App.fireEvent('setBackgroundColor'): Sets the background colour of the web view (black by default) to the desired colour.
• Ti.App.fireEvent('startPreCall'): new keepModelOpen parameter has been added to keep the previous modal open or not when returned from the planning screen.

bug fixing 

• Documents with char ("/") inside the file title name had issues sending the document to print when disable annotations were not enabled.
• iCal integration has been improved to fix some Access Denied issues for some customers using the MDM system with restricted policies.
• Fix has been applied to ensure emotional content feedback is correctly captured with interactions without contacts.
• Fix to ensure DB Refresh remove local calendar records.

Improvements 

Submit for Later Unplanned interactions

The "submit for later" functionality has been improved to support unplanned interactions in addition to existing planned interactions in the same way that we did inside iOS version 2.85.431

Users can now create an unplanned pitch with a customer, show all the relevant content, and mark the interaction as "submit for later". Users can then return to the pitch to add all post-interaction details like discussion topics, next steps, and notes.

SDK SUPPORT 

New Native SDK Events have been added to assist partners and developers in meeting new customer requirements.

• Ti.App.fireEvent('submitPostcallForm'): This event submits the post-call form automatically.

Config parameters

• supportUnplannedSubmitLater: a new parameter has been introduced to support submit later unplanned interactions.

BUG FIXING 

• The translation issue inside Date Pickers in Detailed Planning has been fixed to ensure months/days are translated based on device language.
• Filters functionality inside the map or calendar view has been enhanced to ensure integers are supported, like Call Frequency = 0

iOS SDK 16 / Xcode14 upgrade

A new iOS version has been submitted to support Apple's requirements for AppStore submission of apps using the most recent SDK 16 and Xcode 14.

This new version is only a technical update with the same functionality already provided in the last release.

NEW We’re pleased to announce that the following features and enhancements are now available with the new Consent 2.1.

Consent Bundles

Consent has added a new area called Consent Bundles to make it easier to obtain several consents for your business at once.

Users can now choose their consents, choose the opt-type option, and ask for just one signature from your clients.

If Double Opt-in is not activated, clients will receive a single email with all consent attached. If Remote selection is activated, the customer will receive multiple emails as today setup to complete the consent.

Note: this option is only activated for collection of new consents, to update a consent you can follow existing process to edit and resend.

New Consent Toggles Opt-in/out

Toggles to collect Opt-in or Opt-out status has been redesigned to enhance user experience.

All selection and mandatory toggle

New All toggle has been added inside user interface to enable to Opt-in or Opt-out preferences in one click.

In addition to that if All checkbox at Consent Topic is checked as true, channel selection will be read only and will be not possible to unselect one channel.

Consent Topic Lines

New objects Consent Topic Lines and Consent Management Lines have been created as part of the new SFDC Consent package version to enable the creation of dynamic subtopics inside consent topics.

Now is possible to create sub-channels, defining the following settings:

• Active: define is the consent line is activated.
• Mandatory: enable the selection and the field captured as required.
• Display: display a field to capture input from customer.
• Order: display consent topic lines based on order defined by admin
• Source fields: autofill values from Account and Contact fields.
• Default Opt-Type: autofill Opt-Type defined by admin

Consent interactive will allow to read new data model and display the selection.

Pitcher Mustache and Long Text Rich Support

Pitcher Mustache support has been introduced in that release, allowing admin to create long text format edition that include account, contact, consent topics and user tags too.

Windows support

This updated version now includes Windows support, allowing users of Windows-based devices to take advantage of all recent updates.
