We are excited to introduce several enhancements to streamline your communication processes and ensure compliance across all channels:
Out of Office Setup for Automatic Replies
You can now set up an "Out of Office" status directly from the user interface. When activated, automatic replies will be sent to customers, ensuring they are informed of any temporary unavailability. This helps maintain customer satisfaction even when reps are not available.
Restricted Words in Admin Settings
You can now add restricted words in the admin panel to prevent your reps from including those terms in messages. When a restricted word is detected, the send button will be disabled, and the system will notify the user of the reason, ensuring compliance in all communications.
Report Non-Compliance Messages
Reps can now flag messages that may breach compliance policies. These flagged messages are automatically sent to a manager and can be copied to relevant departments for further review. This allows teams to take swift action, such as contacting the customer or updating the restricted words list.
Conversation Search Functionality
We’ve added a powerful new search feature within conversations. Reps can now easily search past discussions for specific topics without the need to scroll through lengthy message threads. This helps save time and improves efficiency when retrieving important information.
Unsubscribe via STOP Message
Customers can now easily unsubscribe from any social media channel by simply sending a "STOP" message through their social channel tool. This simplifies the opt-out process and ensures smoother communication with customers.
Disclaimer Text in QR Code
When customers subscribe to your social channel via a QR code, you can now include any necessary disclaimer text to ensure they are fully informed before subscribing. This helps maintain transparency and builds trust with your audience.
Share Subscription QR Code via Email
Reps can now share subscription QR codes via email directly from their device. With just a click, the native email client will open, allowing the QR code to be sent quickly and efficiently to customers. This makes it easier to distribute subscription options and drive engagement.
