Multichannel Module – New Features Update


We are excited to introduce several enhancements to streamline your communication processes and ensure compliance across all channels:

Out of Office Setup for Automatic Replies

You can now set up an "Out of Office" status directly from the user interface. When activated, automatic replies will be sent to customers, ensuring they are informed of any temporary unavailability. This helps maintain customer satisfaction even when reps are not available.


Restricted Words in Admin Settings

You can now add restricted words in the admin panel to prevent your reps from including those terms in messages. When a restricted word is detected, the send button will be disabled, and the system will notify the user of the reason, ensuring compliance in all communications.


Report Non-Compliance Messages

Reps can now flag messages that may breach compliance policies. These flagged messages are automatically sent to a manager and can be copied to relevant departments for further review. This allows teams to take swift action, such as contacting the customer or updating the restricted words list.

Conversation Search Functionality

We’ve added a powerful new search feature within conversations. Reps can now easily search past discussions for specific topics without the need to scroll through lengthy message threads. This helps save time and improves efficiency when retrieving important information.

Unsubscribe via STOP Message

Customers can now easily unsubscribe from any social media channel by simply sending a "STOP" message through their social channel tool. This simplifies the opt-out process and ensures smoother communication with customers.

Disclaimer Text in QR Code

When customers subscribe to your social channel via a QR code, you can now include any necessary disclaimer text to ensure they are fully informed before subscribing. This helps maintain transparency and builds trust with your audience.

Share Subscription QR Code via Email

Reps can now share subscription QR codes via email directly from their device. With just a click, the native email client will open, allowing the QR code to be sent quickly and efficiently to customers. This makes it easier to distribute subscription options and drive engagement.

Standard UI Spring Release Notes

We're thrilled to announce the latest enhancements to our Standard UI, packed with exciting new features aimed at improving user experience, productivity, and overall customer satisfaction. This release focuses on adding functionality, fixing bugs for enhanced stability, and optimizing performance. 


New Features:

Enhanced Chat Functionality:

  • Introducing a new chat tab with support for multiple chat windows, allowing for better organization of customer conversations.
  • Stay informed with alert message icons for pending messages, ensuring you never miss an important interaction.

  • Access chat and enrollment to multichannel icons directly within the customer list, simplifying navigation and enabling quick enrollment of customers to social channels via QR codes.


  • Share complaint content and messages directly from chat with a single click


Pitcher Advanced Assistant (PIA)

We're excited to announce PIA, designed to revolutionise the way your representatives engage with customers. With our newest feature, powered by AI technology, CoPitcher now seamlessly integrates with both public and private sources to provide your reps with the most up-to-date and relevant information at their fingertips.

  1. AI-Powered Customer Conversations: Your reps can now chat with PIA just like they would with a colleague. Whether they're looking for product information, troubleshooting tips, or customer insights, PIA is there to assist 24/7.
  2. Access to Public and Private Knowledge: PIA doesn't just rely on internal data. It taps into a vast array of public resources as well as your company's proprietary knowledge base to deliver comprehensive and accurate responses to your reps' queries.
  3. Real-Time Content Recommendations: Need to find the perfect piece of content to share with a customer? PIA analyzes the context of the conversation and recommends the most suitable content from your internal repository.

Share Custom Decks:

We're excited to introduce enhancements to our Share Deck feature, empowering users to foster collaboration, share best-in-class content, and enhance team efficiency like never before. Now, users can share personalized custom decks with colleagues, facilitating knowledge sharing and streamlining workflows within teams.

  • Users can now share their personalized custom decks with colleagues, enabling the dissemination of best practices and high-quality content across the organization.
  • Share decks are in read-only format, allowing recipients to view the content without making changes. This ensures content integrity while providing access to valuable resources.
  • Recipients have the option to clone the shared deck, enabling them to personalize the content based on their specific needs or insights gained from customer interactions. This flexibility empowers teams to tailor content for individual engagements effectively.


Related Content:

Introducing our custom plugin for Related Content! Now, when starting a meeting, reps get instant recommendations on the most relevant content based on the client's attributes. The Custom Plugin for Suggested Content analyzes the attributes of the selected account, such as campaign affiliation or opportunity stage. Based on this information, it dynamically generates a list of the most relevant content items from your repository. Representatives can then effortlessly access and incorporate these recommendations into their presentations.



SFDC Dashboard Integration:

Visualize all your Salesforce (SFDC) dashboards seamlessly within the Pitcher UI. Gain comprehensive insights and streamline your workflow by accessing SFDC data directly in our platform. Some key features are:

  1. Online Data Synchronization: Our platform ensures real-time data synchronization while users are online. This means that whenever users access SFDC dashboards within our platform, they receive the latest updates and insights, keeping them informed at all times.
  2. Offline Data Accessibility: We understand that connectivity isn't always guaranteed. That's why we've implemented a robust offline mode. Even when users are offline, they can still interact with SFDC dashboard data seamlessly within our platform. All the necessary data is cached locally, empowering users to continue their analysis and decision-making process uninterrupted.
  3. Support for Various Report Types:

    • Donut Charts: Visualize data in a circular format, enabling easy comprehension of proportions and percentages.
    • Metric Charts: Display key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics prominently, allowing users to quickly gauge performance at a glance.
    • Gauge Charts: Provide a visual representation of progress or levels in percentages, ideal for tracking goals and targets.
    • Bar Charts: Illustrate comparisons between different categories or groups, facilitating clear insights into trends and patterns.
    • Funnel Charts: Visualize stages of a process or sales pipeline, helping users identify potential bottlenecks or areas for optimization.


Share Box Rebranding:

Experience a revamped share content feature, making it more intuitive and user-friendly to distribute content to your customers. Enhance engagement and communication with a refreshed interface. Some new key features are:

  • Visual Content Preview: Now, you can preview content with ease using the new eye button,  simply click the eye icon to open the full content.
  • Streamlined Selection: We've revamped the selection interface to provide clearer indications of which content is available for selection. You'll now find it simpler to identify and choose the content that aligns perfectly with your needs and apply filters for an easy search.

  • Scheduled Sending: Introducing the ability to schedule document sending! You can now set the time and date for sending your selected documents, empowering you to plan your communications ahead of time and ensure timely delivery.




Streamlined Account and Contact Creation:

Easily create new accounts or contacts directly within the Customer tab, reducing workflow interruptions and enhancing efficiency.


Theming Console:

Introducing a new theming console that allows you to customize the UI based on your corporate branding. Tailor the platform to align with your company's identity for a cohesive user experience.

Bug Fixes:

Numerous bug fixes have been implemented to ensure better stability and performance across the platform. We've addressed various issues reported by users to deliver a smoother and more reliable experience.

Introducing new Standard UI Features: Enhanced User Experience and Functionality!

Get ready to elevate your productivity with a seamless and intuitive user interface. Upgrade to the Standard UI and experience a new level of efficiency and effectiveness in managing your accounts and contacts.

What's New:

New and Improved Categories Sidebar, Enhanced Document Filtering Mechanism

  • Advanced Content Filtering: Now you can search files by text in filenames and keywords. Our sidebar has been upgraded to include filters for category, sub-category, type, favourites, and suggested content. Plus, you have the power of custom keyword-based filters for multidimensional filtering. We've also made sure file counters show absolute counts, and any custom filters without matches stay hidden for a clutter-free experience. Enjoy exploring your content like never before with this enhanced and efficient content discovery update!
  • Distinct White Boxes: We have introduced a sleek design change to the categories' sidebar. Each section now appears in a separate white box, allowing for better organization and improved visual clarity. The clean and minimalistic presentation ensures that your focus remains on the content.
  • Prominent Checkbox-like Items: We have significantly improved the category items to enhance usability. They now feature prominent checkbox-like elements, making it effortlessly easier to select and deselect categories. This intuitive design lets you quickly filter documents with a single click.
  • Multi-Level Content Navigation: Introducing Multi-Level Content Navigation to easily filter documents across multiple categories. We are starting to implement the basis for complicated multi-level folder structures.

Improved Search Functionality and Compatibility

Expanded search capabilities in the UI to include accounts/contacts based on visible table columns, regardless of value config field type. Added support for extra fields and integrated the same with our advanced search algorithm.

Enhanced P0 Card Display and Functionality on Windows UWP

Implemented the showPZeroOverlay and resizePZeroOverlay events in Standard UI Windows. Utilized both events for displaying P0 cards. Removed win-only conditions from native.ts file, enabling window resizing functionality on Windows and sidebar expand/collapse.

Right-to-Left Language Support on Android

Now, Pitcher for Android offers a seamless user experience for right-to-left languages. This enhancement allows users in Arabic or Hebrew-speaking countries to enjoy a fully localized interface. Enable right-to-left language support in the Standard UI and provide an inclusive experience for all users. Explore the possibilities of global accessibility with Pitcher!

Accurate Thumbnails for Custom Decks

When creating a custom deck in the Standard UI, the thumbnail will accurately represent the first slide/page, even if it doesn't start with a slide from the original file's beginning.

Introducing Filters for Customers Page

You can now apply filters to the Customers page based on the filters you have on the map view or scheduler. You can also clear existing search queries using a single click.

Dashboard Layout Reflects SFDC

The dashboard now mirrors the layout of your Salesforce (SFDC) account. We've worked to ensure that the outcome position of charts and components is aligned with the SFDC design. Enjoy a seamless and consistent dashboard experience with this update!

Under the hood

We have made several improvements under the hood that make our application faster than ever!

Improved Button Management: Intelligent Visibility Based on File Presence

Our system now intelligently determines the visibility of buttons by checking for the presence of associated files using keyword-based matching. This advanced functionality allows us to manage buttons seamlessly in our UI. Instead of manually configuring each button's visibility, our system automatically handles it based on the file's content. This saves us time and effort, ensuring that buttons are appropriately displayed according to the instance’s configuration.

The Theme Color Manipulation API

This API helps us rebrand Standard UI as per our customers' brand colours. Developers can now easily change instance theme colours, offering enhanced customization options.

Improved Android Compatibility
In this release, we've focused on enhancing compatibility for Android users. Our team has diligently addressed various issues to ensure a smooth and seamless experience on Android devices. Enjoy improved performance and stability on your Android devices with this update.

Mobile / Responsive Fixes
We are pleased to bring you a series of fixes that enhance our platform's mobile and responsive experience. Our team has diligently worked to resolve issues and improve the responsiveness across various screen sizes and devices. Enjoy a more user-friendly and adaptive interface with this update.

Big Performance Upgrades
Get ready for a major performance boost! We've made significant optimizations to our platform, resulting in faster load times, smoother interactions, and improved efficiency. With this big performance upgrade, you can expect a more responsive and seamless user experience. Enjoy a snappier and more efficient platform with this update.

Bug Fixes:

  • Resolved the issue preventing users from deleting custom decks in the "My Decks" section, where the decks were not being removed despite confirmation.
  • Fixed intermittent issue on the Pitcher iPad app where users experienced incomplete display and inability to scroll through planned and submitted calls on the home page.
  • Resolved the issue where sticky table headers were not disabled on iOS 16.4 and higher versions on legacy Webview.
  • Addressed issue in Standard UI where users inadvertently sent the same events twice, resulting in duplicate schedule pop-ups and post-call forms. The bug fix ensures that users cannot double-click on buttons, preventing the occurrence of duplicate actions.
  • Resolved issue in Standard UI where file counters did not accurately reflect filtered-out files, providing an enhanced and accurate representation of the file count. Additionally, addressed the non-reactive behaviour of the filtering mechanism, ensuring a responsive and dynamic user experience.
  • Resolved issue with P0 card loading and "Reopen Details" button in the Customers tab.
  • Fixed an issue where translations were not working correctly for Android.
  • Addressed an alignment issue identified in the Customers (HCP) column, and we have successfully aligned the new column titles on the top line. This improvement ensures a visually consistent and streamlined experience.
  • Resolved an issue reported on the iPhone where the Filter button was not properly centred on the Customers page.
  • The issue with the "Open Detail" button on the My Decks page has been resolved, and it now functions correctly, displaying the additional information of the file when tapped.
  • The issue with the alignment of the Filter dropdown, when filtered by Favorite on the Documents page in the Standard UI for iPhone, has been resolved.
  • Fixed table header alignment issues on the customers' page.
  • We've resolved a bug where engagement plans with the "In Progress" status were not listed as expected.
  • We've resolved two bugs affecting Android users. Firstly, the issue with presentation file sharing has been fixed, and now the share icon is visible as expected. Secondly, the category filter on the Documents page now functions properly, showing filtered documents as intended.
