We’re pleased to announce that the following features and enhancements are now available in the AppStore!

• Now, when a user wants to share content via an email file link, the email body will also contain the filename while sending emails.
  For example:

• A confirmation box has been added to confirm whether the user wants to cancel the call or does not want to log the call.
  
  
• Introducing the Internal Only permission that will hide files in the Pitcher Impact app. Now the user won't be able to see and open the Internal use-only content with quick jump or bookmarks during the call. The permission is managed from Pitcher Admin
• The user will find enhanced detailed planning on the iPad, in parity with the iPhone version.
• In order to support multiple back-end cases at the same time, we have added OAuth support for the unification of multiple CRM systems. 
• Added support in the Ti-App / Pitcher SDK functions to save screenshots directly to the camera roll.
• Added support to receive push notifications even when the application is running in the foreground. In the past, it was only supported when the app wasn't active on the screen.

BUG fixEs 

• The issue of an internet connection alert appearing when the user is trying to open the Pitcher Zero Cards for the second time.
• The application was crashing at login while using an external Bluetooth keyboard. Now, it is supported more smoothly
• The issue about the records not being available offline after delta sync.
• The issue of the CRM login window not showing username/password and a login button.
• When the list of accounts was filtered, the result list stopped at the letter P.
• PDF annotations not getting saved after using the hotspot feature of Launch another content.
• The issue about when the user closes Post Call Form, the application was freezing in some cases
• The issue about the application crashing at the Post Call Form.
• Other minor bug fixes

new Pitcher Impact Windows 1.65.1.782 is released in Microsoft Store and contains a new feature and bug fixes.

• Introducing the Internal Only permission that will hide files in the Pitcher Impact app. It shouldn't be possible to see and open the internal-only content via Quick Jump or Bookmarks during the call. The permission is managed from Pitcher Admin

• The Not Visited For account/map filter was not working properly. It has been fixed now.
• The user can select or reset the Not Visited For filter during the unplanned call in the calendar view.
• The detailed planner was not opening after tapping the Back button, it is now fixed.
• Performance improvements have been made for Delta Sync
• After scheduling a quick call and tapping the home button, the user will no longer see a white screen.
• Improvements in map sync, trip planning, route optimization, account filters, geo-location, and distance measurements
• Various other minor bug fixes and improvements.

 ZeroDrive 1.6.5  is now released, and it includes bug fixesrelated to hotspots

new Pitcher Admin v1.15.0 is now released, and it includes new features:

• A new way of managing Keywords in Pitcher Admin - keyword tree (as introduced here)
• Introducing the Internal Only permission that will hide files in the Pitcher Impact app. This feature is available for new files or whenever distribution settings for an existing files are modified. The permission is not enabled by default and requires changes in the configuration of the instances. Your Pitcher Representative can be contacted to activate this feature.
  
  

Hi there! as part of the continuous innovation of our platforms, and thanks to our discussions with our customers, we are about to activate a new way of managing Keywords in Pitcher Admin. We have named it Keyword tree.

Keyword tree can then be leveraged by Pitcher Impact in order to enable convenient and intuitive navigation on the content assigned to Keywords.

Keyword tree will be available in the coming days.

I am pleased to let you know that ZeroDrive 1.6.4 is now released. This release will address an issue related to the Hotspots on downloaded files, a feature introduced in  ZeroDrive 1.6.0 release. 

 BUG FIXES Border appearing for Hotspots on downloaded files when visualising the file with certain PDF viewers has been removed. As this was not experienced on all PDF viewers, you may have not been able to reproduce it.

FEATURES 

Improvements to delta synchronization for large objects

Additional enhancements have been made in this new version to speed up delta synchronization, especially for large objects that require synchronization of more than 100k records.

The following upgrades have been included: 

• Memory usage consumption is being reduced to support better performance on synchronization of higher number of records.
• Delta synchronization speed increased by up to 3x

Hebrew Language

Our list of supported languages has been expanded to include Hebrew.

SDK SUPPORT 

A new feature has been developed to allow the customers to delete attendees from the detailed planned form as per the business requirements, such as consent not captured.

FIXES 

Minor bug fixes have been included as a part of the release.

NEW Pitcher Impact iOS v2.85.200 new version is released with new SDK support features and bug fixes.

SDK Support 

New Native SDK Events have been added to assist partners and developers in meeting new customer requirements.

• Ti.App.fireEvent('getOAuthToken'): authenticate and authorize with any OAuth provider supporting certificates installed on the device without switching between the Safari Application and Impact.
• Ti.App.fireEvent('dbFunction'): introduces the support for parameterized queries in dbFunction event. Support covers both single queries, as well as multi queries (where in the input params there is an array of queries, instead of a single query). For single queries input param is named as args, while for multi queries it is named queriesArgs

Features 

Detailed Planning on iPhones

In keeping with our iPhone platform enhancements, we are pleased to announce that Detailed Planning is now available to our iPhone users.

Users may now simply plan calls on their iPhones without having to use a tablet or online CRM. Users can reschedule calls whenever they wish, increasing productivity and improving the user experience.

As mentioned in our previous release, portrait and landscape modes are supported.

Search for one character supported in Planning / Map views

A new functionality has been implemented to allow users to search for accounts or contacts using only one character.
