Portrait Planning View on iPhones

We are happy to announce that portrait functionality has been enabled in the Planning and Unplanned views to improve the user experience for iPhone users.

Users no longer have to rotate their iPhones to see the list of Accounts & Contacts to plan the calls or apply filters.

Map view is also available just rotating the iPhone to see location pins of the accounts.

Next Appointment option in Save for later mode

Because next appointment functionality was not available in Save for later mode, a change was made to allow users to schedule next interactions with customers even while the call was still in draft mode.

Disable Warning message scheduling visits outside of working hours

A new instance setting has been enabled that allows users to disable standard warning messages when making calls outside of normal business hours. Customers can now choose to turn on the following instance setting: skipEventsOverflowingPopup
