Pitcher Timeline is now available for Early Adopters
Over the last few months we have been working in an solution to help our users to access to a comprehensive overview of their customers that can help them to prepare them to plan their weeks and to execute their calls.
We have named this solution Pitcher Timeline for Pitcher Impact and it is now available for Early Adopters.
With Pitcher Timeline you have all the relevant information from a Customer at a glance, removing the need of navigating across multiple screens not very user friendly Salesforce list format.
Pitcher Timeline is available at both Business Accounts and Persons level, enabling users to access the information at the right level.
SECTIONS
Information is distributed on a single interactive page divided in different sections:
Account information: key attributes from Business Account or Person level are highlighted.
Next Interaction / My Next Interaction: toggle to understand who is visiting this Account, wether it is the logged user or anyone else from the company, if the visibility of the data allows it.
Content shared: an overview of all content already shared with the Customer.
Please note Pitcher Timeline is mapped to Pitcher standard fields. As per your setup, a change in the mapping on the fields and objects may be required.
