Pitcher Impact IOS 2.85.692 Released!

Hey there 👋!

✨ We are excited to announce the latest release of our iOS app, which introduces several new features, improvements and bug fixes✨

new features

Enable Screen Auto-Lock:

We have added a new setting option called "Enable Screen Auto-Lock." inside Pitcher settings. When this option is enabled, Pitcher will disregard instance-specific auto-lock configurations and always enable screen auto-lock. Please note that the auto-lock timeout can be adjusted in the device's settings under Display & Brightness > Auto-Lock.

SDK SUPPORT

New Native SDK Events have been added to assist partners and developers in meeting new customer requirements.

  • Ti.App.fireEvent('markAllAsRead'): We have introduced a new function called 'markAllAsRead' within our SDK. This function allows you to mark all newly downloaded documents as read. This is particularly useful when reinstalling the app or switching devices. The UI can accurately determine whether the files should display a new badge indicator by marking all documents as read. This ensures a seamless experience when transitioning between devices.
  • Ti.App.fireEvent('addsfevent'): We have added a new 'notes' parameter to the 'addsfevent' event in our SDK. This parameter lets you add notes when scheduling a call directly inside the standard UI. This feature provides greater flexibility and convenience for managing your events and calls.

Config Parameters:

  • autoAddKeepCriteria: With this new configuration parameter, you can indicate whether the account and contact keep criteria (accountKeepCriteria, contactKeepCriteria) should be automatically added to the initial queries. This streamlines querying and managing accounts and contacts within the app.
  • autoAddDeleteCriteria: We have also introduced the 'autoAddDeleteCriteria' configuration parameter. This parameter allows you to specify whether the initial queries should automatically include the account and contact delete criteria (accountDeleteCriteria/contactDeleteCriteria). This simplifies the deletion process by automating the application of deletion criteria.

bug fixes

  • Inconsistencies in search clearing buttons inside various search text fields across the app were discovered. This issue has been resolved by unifying the logic across all use cases within the app, ensuring a consistent user experience.
  • The close button in the video player view was not always visible on iPhones in portrait mode, particularly when video titles were longer. We have fixed this issue to ensure the close button is consistently visible in all scenarios.
  • Check marks were missing for preset filter options after selecting them. This bug has been addressed, and the check marks will now appear correctly upon selection.
  • The alert message for duplicate custom decks has been adjusted to be clearer for end users. This update ensures that users receive accurate and understandable alerts when attempting to create duplicate custom decks.
  • Hidden files are no longer visible outside of custom decks. We have fixed this issue, ensuring hidden files remain concealed within custom decks.
  • Adjustments have been made to queries for customers using personal accounts. These adjustments improve the accuracy and relevance of information stored inside related objects.

We hope these updates improve your experience with our app. If you have any questions or feedback, please don't hesitate to contact our support team. Thank you for choosing our product!
