Pitcher Impact iOS 2.85.481 is Released!
Hello there! A new Impact version has been released with minor improvements and bug fixes.
IMPROVEMENTS
The minimum required iOS version
Inline with our last 2 major Version Support policy, we have dropped iOS14 support to improve stability and performance.
Users using iOS14 can still use Pitcher with version 449 and earlier.
Start Call From Detailed Planning
Detailed Planning has been improved to enable starting a planned event by selecting it from the calendar. Users have both options Start and Edit, if the parameter startCallFromDetailedPlanning is set to true in the configuration file.
Address inside Contact Map view
The address value is now available inside the Contact map view to identify contacts easily and avoid selecting an incorrect one when it is the same name.
Download Mandatory Files First
If metadata downloadMandatory is configured inside the file, a new feature has been made to facilitate downloading all mandatory files, such as UI, Config, PostCall Form, and Consent,... first before starting to download normal marketing content.
Linked File Management
To prevent downloading the same linked file more than once, the logic within linked has been changed to prevent this case.
Now is only required to download once in the available instance to be ready in the other linked ones avoiding downloading multiple times.
Please contact your Pitcher representative to activate that features.
SDK SUPPORT
Config parameters
startCallFromDetailedPlanning: Allows to start call directly from Detailed Planning. The setting is, by default, always off.
New Native SDK Event have been added to assist partners and developers in meeting new customer requirements.
- Ti.App.fireEvent('getContentsOfSession'): new parameter EndTime has been included.
BUGS FIXES
- The addSfEvent function has been corrected to prevent scheduled contacts from being deleted during synchronization. Only customers that use that capability to create an event outside Detailed or Quick Planning were affected by this issue.
- Some native views impacted by SDK iOS15 had minor colour styling adjustments.
- To be consistent across all views, the default duration in the Calendar Map Option has been changed from 1 hour to 0.5.
- Session expiration has been improved to avoid null values and creating events in the wrong format.
- The task form method has been improved to guarantee that it is displayed during unplanned calls and submitted for later circumstances.
