Pitcher Impact Android 3.21.4 Released!

We're thrilled to announce a new version of Pitcher Impact Android with bug fixes and improvements to enhance your experience. In this release, we've focused on addressing user-reported issues and refining existing features.

What's New:

Account/Contact Filters: We're excited to introduce an enhanced version of our Accounts & Contacts Filters functionality in this release! Now, reps can easily filter information to enhance their user experience when accessing data with less actions.

Parity Platform Enhancements:

The following enhancements have already been added to our iOS/Windows versions and are now available on Android too.

  • Config Parameter Addition: We've added the usePersonAccountsAsContacts config parameter to the Android version, aligning our platform's functionality with iOS, Windows, and ensuring parity across all supported platforms. This enables the use of PersonAccounts as Contacts during Salesforce synchronization.
  • Enhanced Error Messages: Android users now benefit from enhanced error messages, making it easier to understand synchronization errors. For more details, refer to the iOS release notes.
  • Full Screen Post-Call Form: The useFullScreenPostCall config setting, available on other platforms, is now supported on Android. This feature allows the PostCall form to be displayed in full screen, enhancing user interaction and experience.
  • Synchronization Parameter Addition: We've added the SfdcSkipDefaultPrefixes parameter to the Android version, ensuring parity across platforms. This parameter allows skipping objects by default during the synchronization process, providing greater control over data management.

We appreciate your ongoing support and feedback. If you encounter any further issues or have suggestions for improvement, please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team.
