Now, administrators can directly manage key aspects of the Pitcher platform, ensuring a seamless and customized experience.

Organization Setup: Enhancing control and flexibility over your Salesforce integration, we've introduced the Organization Setup feature. This includes a new Salesforce (SFDC) Settings tab within your organization, allowing you to manage and update how your instance is connected with your Salesforce organization. Key functionalities include:
- Setup Organization ID: Easily define the organization ID to ensure seamless integration between Pitcher and Salesforce.
- Manage SFDC WDSL: Keep your integration up-to-date by managing and updating the Salesforce WDSL directly within Pitcher. This ensures that all new API changes are readily available.
- Pitcher Connect SFDC Synchronization: Take control of the synchronization process by adjusting the update frequency of queries and parameters such as Account or User integration. Tailor the synchronization to suit your organization's specific needs, ensuring optimal performance and data consistency.
