Improved Template and Section Management for Admins

Templates and Section Template Tabs in Admin:

  • New Column: Added "Owner" column for better template organization.
  • New Filter: Introduced "Owner" filter for streamlined template search.
  • Column Merge: Combined "Last Modified" and "Last Modified By" columns into "Last Modified By" with name and date/time stamp.

Sections Tab in Admin:

  • Last Modified Column: Now displays local time with minute precision for better tracking.

Improved Canvas and Template Management for Admins

Saved Canvas Tab in CatalogIQ:

  • New Column: Added "Owner" column for better organization of saved canvases.
  • New Filter: Introduced "Owner" filter for streamlined canvas search.

Templates Tab in CatalogIQ:

  • New Column: Added "Owner" column for improved template management.

Change Canvas Ownership

  • Efficiency Boost: Save time by accessing the template creation feature directly from the canvas manager.

Create Canvases from Templates 

  • What's New: Reps and admins can now create canvases directly from templates in the templates tab and Saved canvas tab.
  • Streamlined Process: Access the template creation feature via the "+" button.
  • Template Selection: Templates are preselected for convenience but can be switched to other templates as needed.
  • User Guidance: The "+" button features a tooltip indicating "Create pitchdeck from template."
  • Enhanced Flexibility: Tailor canvases to specific needs with ease using templates.


Quick Access to Templates in a New Tab

  • What's Improved: Users can now view templates in a new tab by clicking the template name in the “Templates Used” column in the canvas manager or using the "open in new tab" icon in the create canvas modal.

Image Upload for Slider Component

Component Spacing

  • Global Default: Default spacing set to 32px for components.

Content Viewer Updates for PDF/PPT 

Bottom Bar Changes:

  • Button Placement: Moved buttons (Drawing, Annotations, Overview, Favorites, Download) to the bottom bar on the left side for improved accessibility.

New Icons and Changes:

  • Inline Search: Added a new icon for inline search, relocated to the bottom bar.

Select Recent Files in the File Viewer

Recently Viewed Dropdown:

  • Improved Efficiency: With the main action made more accessible, reps can complete tasks more quickly and efficiently.

Admin Confirmations and Alerts for Content Management

  • Admin Confirmations: Added admin confirmations for publishing changes to content, ensuring that only authorized actions are taken.
  • Alerts Before Saving: Alerts now appear before saving changes to content, prompting users to confirm their actions and prevent accidental data loss.
  • Alerts Before Closing: Alerts also appear before closing without saving changes, providing users with a chance to review and save their work if necessary.
